Internet works when connected to a PC, but not when connected through a new router.

This is a issue from your internet service provider who fails to recognize your new routers Mac address as a trusted recipient of their service.

A quick fix for this is to clone the Mac address of the PC or the previous router that worked on to the WAN settings of your new router.
