How to reset Cisco Small Business devices?

All Cisco Small Business devices has a 'Factory reset' option on the web interface which is probably not accessible to you now or you already did it and it did not fix the problem.

'Hard reset' is what will get the job done for you.

How to do Hard reset? - Have the device (Router/switch/WAP) powered ON and press and hold the reset button for exact 25 seconds. After releasing the button wait for 5 minutes so the reboot process will complete.

Your device is now reset and ready for access with default username and password.

Note: All current settings will be wiped off the device.
